This video is from a rehearsal of last season's production of Because You Are Here, but showing a mix of graduating seniors, rising seniors, and alumni singing about togetherness (albeit in a different context) felt like a good way to wrap up the year. Theatre creators everywhere are in a difficult place with present instability and future uncertainty; it wouldn't do us any good to deny that. However, this site and this video hopefully stand as a reminder of the good memories and the relationships that we have formed in this department. Difficult times came and went before the pandemic, and they will continue to come and go after it dies down. It might not be a smooth ride, but we will get through this and we will do so with the support of the community that we have created here... even if being here does not mean being together.
